Is it possible to duplicate all forum content, ie users, topics, posts to a new site with a clean installation, from an existing wpforo site? Thanks.

If we do only what we can to do, we would never do anything.

As far as I know, you can also do it via the Duplicator — WordPress Migration Plugin. I'd suggest you check the plugin.
