in the "User Following" email-template is no option to put the topic-link in it. In the "New Topic Notification" for example is a short link called [topic_link].
Is it possible to achieve the same in the "User Following" email?

You can use [post_link] and all email shortcodes with post_ prefix mentioned here: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-email-shortcodes/#post-68337
The [post_link] will be the same topic link.
