But stuck at Enable User Manually Approval System  ı want when someone registers to forum ı want them to approve their email  

as told  Users will not be able to login if they are not approved. Even if the user confirms his/her registration via email, he/she will be logged-out after each login attempt until the account is not approved by the administrator.

ı have activated all but stıll not workıng when user sıgns up and confrım theır emaıl they are fully actıve 

Pls can you let me know ıf ım doıng wrong somewhere?
