I really love this plugin, but I encountered some issues:
1: when I access with thie address: www.socinsignt.com/community/, it shows 404 error. However, if I use https://www.socinsight.com/index.php/community/ , it is able to be accessed.
2. Even though I used https://www.socinsight.com/index.php/community/ to view the forum, it still shows "nothing found" when I clicked one of the forum topic.

The problem comes from your WordPress permalink settings. Somehow you've set to use index.php on the website URL. It should be removed either from Dashboard > Settings > General or Dashboard > Settings > Permalink admin page. Once it's removed, go to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > General Tab and update the options.
