I used the all in one plugin to transfer my forum, it went well but after the transfer, all forum post links were redirecting me to the previous domain, 

how do i go about this

If URL structure has changed, You have to make redirection for all links using a redirection plugin. I did so.

1. Go to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > General tab and click the [Update Options] button to update the base URL.

2. Go to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and click the [Delete All Caches] button.
