Hello,

can you, please, explain how can I export all the comments, posts, wpForo private message of a user at once?

And how can all the comments of a user be deleted without deleting the user itself?

Thank you for your help!
Best regards,

A.

Hi Aur1n,

I'm sorry, but wpForo has no such feature, I think you should find some developer for this purpose.

Also, we recommend to backup all data before making changes.

According to GDPR, you should provide all information of a user you've collected in forum when user request it. Also you should be able to delete all user data and posts when user request it. The first option is not required to be for user on front-end. You can export user data from Dashboard using this instruction:

http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-easily-import-and-export-wordpress-users/

We're currently working on wpForo GDPR compatibility. It'll be ready by May 25th of this year.
