Like it says in the title.
I have a favicon ( the site icon that displays in the top address bar tabs) But when i head further into forum threads, it disappears. I'm not sure why. Any help would be appreciated:

The way you've added the favicon is not good. How have you done it? It doesn't work well and it has some dependencies on current page. It's not good. The favicon should be loaded independent.Â
I have added it through the customise section under site icon. Its the only way i am aware of doing it on wordpress.
