I can't cope with the Polish font in the fields - Categories, Forums, Description.
After entering the text with Polish diacritics and accepting it, the diacritical marks disappear.
I will mention that there are no problems with the Polish font in the posts.

Go to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug Tab > Tables and check there do you have problems, if yes press Solve Database Problems button.

Unfortunately, in "Debug Tales" everything looks fine.
This is a database table collations issue, it should be converted to UTF8MB4:
Please give us a screenshot of your posts' table, check the screenshot below to understand what I mean.
