My WPForo forum admin has taken on a life of its own. When I work on posts for the rest of my WordPress site, the WPForo Admin/Front page often appears when I'm using totallly different commands, like open control panel, edit post, open media library, and even preview post.
I then have to get back to the relevant link or menu, and try again. Sometimes I have to do this twice. It's happening more and more often, and it worries me as it slows down my work tremendously. Any ideas?
I've had no bug reports from users.

@alvina I have made an 8 second quicktime movie and I'nm told that this too is too large. I'm sorry, but I don't understand what I'm supposed to do.
Here's a little video. In this example, I wanted to go to the main WordPress admin, but instead I got the WPForo main page. Same thing happens a lot, even when I save/update a WP post.
I'm told the video (20 seconds) is too large.
Could you please make a private video on youtube and share it here to allow us to understand the issue.
