Hello,

I've got a problem with my forum. When I'm logged in as admin, I can see the forum. But when I log in as a subscriber, I just get two bars with space between them. I've attached a screenshot below.

However, I can access the forum as a user: if I search for a topic, it appears, and I can also post comments and make a topic as a user.

I've tried flushing the cache and checking all user settings, without result. How can I fix this?

This is not a cache issue. You've done a wrong permission configuration. First of all there is no Subscriber role for wpForo. wpForo has own Usergroup system, and the WP Subscriber is the same Registered usergroup in forum. So please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups admin page, make sure all users are attached to Registered usergroup and click on [Synchronize] button.

Hi,

I checked the permission configuration and it is already set as you recommend. See attachment.

Would you have any idea what the problem then could be?

Hi @keto-recepten,

1. Why this usergroup is attached to  "No Access" Forum Access?

You've deleted the default usergroup and created a new one with wrong Forum Access. Now the only way is editing all forums one by one and changing Forum Access for Usergroups. Please read the doc and be familiar with Forum Accesses. Those are more important then Usergroups permissions.

Then Navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Forums admin page, edit all forums one by one and make sure Your Usergroups attached to "Standard access".

2. Navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and click [Delete all Caches] button.
