There are HTML and CSS codes in wpForo Registration page which are not related to wpforo, called SVG, this HTML and CSS Codes cause the issue with the Icon, try deactivating your plugin one by one and check when does the issue get fixed, also try another theme, and if you have custom code in you website, that can also be the issue reason.
