I have a few people who have tried to register on my site but the recaptcha is giving an "invalid" error and so they cannot complete. I tried to reset and re-input the codes from Google and it still gives the error. I have, for the moment removed the captcha, but I know how many fake ones I got before I put it on.

Is there something I can do to fix this?

Hi @kateb,

  1. Please make sure you don't have other reCAPTCHA plugins installed, you should use the built-in reCAPTCHA in Forums > Tools > Antispam Tab.
  2. Make sure you've generated and inserted API keys for v2 "I'm Not Robot" version of reCAPTCHA
  3. Make sure your forum pages are not cached. If you have any cache plugin, you should exclude forum page from that plugin, here is the instruction: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/

@robert Thank you, but the reCaptcha only gives me API for v3 . is that a problem?
