Hello,
There is something with the pagination in the forums. When I'm not logged in I don't see the pagination in a forum. Example:Â https://www.pondlibrary.com/forum/filtratie-en-vijvertechniek/
When I'm login then I see the pagination.
That problem is in each forum. Tested with safari, chrome, firefox
Frustrating.
Hi @ief,
Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and click on these [Update Forum Stat] and [Delete all Caches] buttons. Other buttons are not needed. Also please disable all cache plugins you have.
Hello,
I did the following steps:
- delete the site cache. My site is on Siteground and I use the SG optimiser (cache plugin) that they have.
- Flushed all caches
- deactivated the plugin SG optimiser
In the forum dashboard
- update forum stats
- delete all caches
And after that deleted the browser cache.
Result, no effect. No pagination BUT I made a staging copy and in that staging copy there is a pagination for guests and logged in users and the best of all when I push the staging copy back to my life site also pagination available.
No idea what's going on. I will not activate the SG optimiser and will see what happens.
With or without cache plugin the problem still exists.
After a while. Can say how much the regular visitors don't see the pagination.
I tried also to set the number of topics to another value but no effect.
The only thing that seems to work is to make a staging copy of the site and restore it back to the life site. When I refresh the page in the browser the pagination is alive.
The only thing, I can't check my forum every hour to look if everything works and to make a staging copy.
I work with a genesis framework theme. I can't believe that this gives the problem. I''ll check it out.
😥 to convert from vbulletin to wpforo for 350$ + 4 addons I bought here and with a stupid problem of the pagination.Â
Hi @ief,
Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard and click on all buttons of Maintenance section (delete cache, reset statistic, etc...).Â
Click on "Delete All Caches" twice, then check again, it should solve this issue.
