hello i checked my seo , wpforo has no h2, how to do please

It has H1. wpForo doesn't use H2.

You can change it using wpForo template files, but it must be in update safe way as it described in the documentation:

wpforo/themes/2022/forum.php
wpforo/themes/2022/topic.php
