this is not so easy, you must have knowledge in php and css to insert the changes in the wpForo files
and you have to install the addon wpForo – User Custom Fields
also you have to make some changes after each wpForo update again

We checked your website and founded that this is not wpForo core related issue, you are using TinyMCE-Advanced plugin which is not integrated with wpForo but add features in wpForo and that's why it makes some issues.

I'm sorry, but we cannot integrate this plugin because it is not used by most of our users, however it can be done by a custom work, but it's not recommended for now, And the reason is that our dev team is working on the new big update of wpForo, and after the update the custom work may not work, or it can get lost, so if you would want a custom work to use that plugin I recommend you to wait for wpForo's new 2.0 update.
