How can I make the reply under other replies....

Close and it would be the reader choice to click see more replies...

That option is available in Threaded layout,
If the user press reply button under the post and makes a reply, that reply can be hidden by pressing Hide replies/Show replies Arrow(Up or Down).
Yes I know but it automatically list out first...
I want the user to be the one to toggle it at their interest and then it drops down not that it would be in the drop down form and then they will have to toggle to close it...
wpForo doesn't have an option to do that, but that feature will be added in new version of wpForo, and we don't have a hook for it now, so you should wait for the new version.
