That should show status after user login. I tried code /%wpforo-register%/ , not works. Thank you.

The only way to create custom Menu in Appearance > Menus admin page. Then create menus with shortcodes. Then use this menu as in new menu location of header.php or use it as a Custom Menu Widget in a custom Sidebar located in header.php.
