I don't want my user to be setting long password... 

12 minimum...

I have changed it to six but I would like to remove the hint that state 12 minimum with #_$_

I want them to set easy passwords they can easily remember since their is no way to view their password when they are trying it.

Go to Dashboard > Forums > Phrases, find the phrase you need, edit and write the text you need to show.
