How to remove item from from profile page

Hi guys

Not sure if this is in the right section or not, please feel free to move it.

I want to remove the account section from the profile menu and also change the link and icon on the shopping cart menu item too.

Is there a setting or can you advise me which strings in the plugin I need to amend?
