I installed the foro plugin, added forums, but I don't see the Add Topic button on top of the forums.
What is wrong?
I also don't see anything happening when I click on 'members' and 'my profile' buttons.
Don't know what's going wrong ...

Your url structure is wrong. The base url is "belgium" but the forum seems to be at "belgium/forum". Not sure how you did this, but it is wrong. Fix that and your problems will be gone (members etc etc).
