I can't use WpForo 2022 Theme. My problem is a bit strange and it occurred suddenly. I never had such a problem before. If I am logged into my account, I cannot view sitename.com/forum; but I can view sitename.com/forum/category or any posted content. Only the home page is not visible. A blank white page appears.

If I log out of my account and open sitename.com/forum, everything looks fine. I'm having the problem just logged in.

Quite an interesting problem. I've tried it in different browsers, browsers I haven't used before and the problem is the same.

I have cleared the cache and the problem persists.

I couldn't find a way to solve this problem, I would like to solve my problem using your experience. Can you help me?

A blank white page appears.

BLANK pages (white page of death) is a FATAL error.

Enable Standard Wordpress Debug to a LOG and see for errors in there.

Hi @tarikbayar,

Please make sure wpForo is correctly excluded from your cache solution. Find the one you use from this list and follow the instruction, it's changed for the new wpForo versions: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/#post-37150

Then go to wpForo > Boards, edit the board and make sure the board slug is forum and save it again to reset the board cache.

Then go to wpForo > Overview, scroll down and click the [Soft Flush Permalinks] button.

Try the same with other user accounts and make sure this is not an account specific issue.

@tarikbayar,

I see your forum slug is forum, but you've inserted /community/* in the cache plugin settings. Please change the /community/* to /forum/* , then delete all kind of caches, and press Ctrl+F5 on the forum front-end.

@robert

In fact, I did as you said when the first email about your new cache feature came from you. This is an error I get suddenly I had no such problem last week. I guess I won't be able to solve it unless there is a simple solution.

@tarikbayar,

You should not remove other line, so the excluded pages should be the following:

/forum/*
/participant/*
/sign-up/*
/sign-in/*
/change-password/*

Do not forget to purge all kind of caches after inserting and saving the lines above.

@robert

I did what you said, still didn't work.
I would like to remind you that the page is there, you can view it because you are not a member. Why can't a non-member view the page that a member can view?
Also, I would like to remind you that this only applies to the forum home page. There's probably a very silly reason, but I couldn't find it.

@robert Let me also add that this error only occurs in the new theme. If I activate the old theme now, I don't have any problems.

I solved the problem, one of the forum was in the QA template, then I changed it to the Extended template and the homepage stopped opening. that forum does not work only in the extended template, there is no problem with the forum in the other 3 templates.

@tarikbayar,

It seems you have customized template files in the current active WordPress theme related to the Q&A layout.
