Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! 🎄
Along with my public forums, I would like to offer a support forum where only the original poster and a support level user (admin, moderator) can view and respond to a thread.Â
So basically it would be a private thread between the two. No one else can view/respond.
Is that possible with wpforo?Â
Thanks,Â
Chris
yes, sure, you just need to ask them to set "private" their topics. They can use the checkbox in the topic creation form or the button on the already created topic:
Â
Private topics are only visible to the topic author and to admin/moderator level users. The permission have already been given in corresponding forum accesses (wpForo > Accesses).
Ah, yes, that's exactly the behavior I am looking for.Â
Anyway to set that as the default for a specific forum, a paid option or snippet? This will work as is, but I would love to have it automatic so I didn't have to rely on them checking that 🙂Â
