In many cases there is anywhere from a 3 to even as long as 10 second delay after clicking the like button before it actually physically materializes(like button changes and green notification pop up saying you liked it).
Is this just how your forum script is normally?

I have already done all of the steps in the "forum is slow" forum. Still many actions see delay and slow speed. rest of my site is super fast and I am running on a dedicated server
