@percysgrowroom,

BTW, the reactions' optimization has been already done, and you can install the v2.0.9.2 manually without waiting for the next release. It's safe.

We have to work on other features, so the next version may take more than a week. It's better to install the current version. I attached it.

1. Deactivate the v2.0.9, then delete it.

2. Download v2.0.9.2 and install it in Plugins > Add new admin page

3. The first few loads of forum page will be used for some caching actions, then it'll be ready.

deactivate then delete so there is no forum software at all? This sounds like a scary step lmao.

Am I right to say i will be fully deleting the wpforo plug after deactivating it, and then installing the new version?

@percysgrowroom,

Yes, it's being done every time you click the update button.

So you should click the deactivate, then click the delete button (do not click the uninstall button). Then upload and install the v2.0.9.2 version.

I got it back up and running again bu installing the 2.0.9 plug in via FTP

I now have 2.0.9 and 2.0.9.2 installed, with 0.9.2 being active and 2.0.9 being inactive, please let me know what to do from here. My site is working and it looks like im on the newer version, but i am not sure if deleting the 2.0.9 version will shut my site down again
