I have the entire forum set up but for some reason I cannot get the login page to work.  A new member can register and then activate but when they go back to to log in it says Oops, that page cannot be found!  Can you please help with this?

Could you please explain what have you done with wpForo menu? Why it's cached? please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus admin page and correct all menus with correct shortcdes like it explained here: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/getting-started/forum-menu/

Also please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > members Tab and make sure these fields are empty:
