It takes forever to see that a post has been deleted and almost for the cache to update. How can i improve this?

If you use WP Super Cache , just navigate to WP Super Cache settings > Advanced Tab and check/enable "Don’t cache pages for known users" option. Other cache plugins should also have such an option, just find them.
