I think I have the settings correct, but I am having an issue where members are unable to see each others 'titles' on their profiles. Here is a screenshot of how their usergroup is set up. Any ideas why they cannot see them even though I have ticked these?

Sorry yes I have followed that, but it still isnt displaying on member profiles. Any other ideas?
@chris no need to reply, I have found a work around where i changed the phrase of the occupation to 'job title' and removed the title from the edit menu.
