In the settings of groups it is possible to set the visibility of the phone number. The user account does not contain such information as phone numer.

What number will be visible or not. Can you add your field in members account? Is it possible to enforce fill fields such as member name?

I'm sorry but wpForo doesn't have custom profile fields yet, there is no way to add it. But this is already in our to-do list.
