Ok, we'll check it again. i think this is a database migration problem from one hosting to another. It seems you've damaged or not fully imported some data.

We've updated wpForo with some changes in spam protection logic in a few hours ago. The wpForo Spam Control is enabled now. You can also enable Akismet.
