I created a Topic under a Forum.

https://www. mysite .eu/community/off-topic/testing/

i moved it to

https://www. mysite .eu/community/venice-carnival/

Now while it is moved (as i see in the Forum listings) if i point to the First url, it goes and displays it !!

i think this is not normal.

Thanks

Also after you move something you are directed to the old (moved) URL. I think you should go to the new url or in the forum listing.

Sure, forum should keep the old URL in database and perform permanent redirection. But this is not planned yet. This is not included in near future to-do list. I'll let our team know...

Not sure what you mean. You mean that right now it is by design to keep both old and new (moved) url active ?
