Hi 

We used your plugin on our site, but when people try to register the registration email confirmation does not go through.

We followed the steps here but it still desen't work. 

Please advice ASAP.

All email is handled by Wordpress and not wpForo. Install some SMTP plugin with extended logs to see what is wrong and enable standard WP Debug to a log to chech for possible errors.
