Check in your current active theme's folder if there is a folder with the wpForo name.

This issue is not related to the pagination so I split your thread. Please don't ask questions in other support topics just open new one.

Your issue is related to the topic footer area with prev / next links. You should make sure there are other topics in that forum to have such links.
