I have this issue on one forum as well. I have checked to make sure I was not trying to use a "premium" icon. In the screenshot you can see that the icon is missing. In the settings for the forum I have it defined as "fas fa-blender"

This icon has been added in FA 5.0.13 version. wpForo uses 5.0.6 version.

OK. I certainly do not mean to sound argumentative by any means, but how are we to know the difference? Is there a way to update the library on our end or do we just have to make sure that any icon we choose is not above the version number?

Yeah, going through and picking out just the 5.0.6 or older icons is a royal pain.
