Hi Team.

I'm having a problem with page width that is affecting the way my cross posting plugin displays content.

Now this is not a Cross Posting support question, it is more about page layouts on a Forum, Topic, Category display basis and the width of each page.

As wpforo uses a shortcode on the forum creation page, the user then selects how to display this page via the page template. Selecting full width effectively removes the sidebar.

If I select default as my main template, my users can see the latest comments etc in the sidebar through the widgets that I have active which is fine for the main forum homepage.

However, when using my cross posting addon, it does not play nicely with the reduced page with of the default page setting and would probably display much better if my cross posting articles and forum topics in general were displayed as full width pages.

So in short, is there any way to display the main forum homepage as default with a sidebar but set other forum pages such as individual topics / threads to display full width?

Thanks in advance

I can understand what you mean. The way I deal with it is to focus on building my content so it is fully responsive. That way it doesn't matter whether it is being viewed full width, with a side bar, or not as is often the case - on a mobile device.

Have you checked how most users are accessing your site?

I don't think this is possible because all pages of wpForo use the same WordPress page template. I'd like to see the problem in screenshot, Id don't understand why the cross-posted topics are not responsive. Please provide more information or leave some screenshot of the problem.
