I've tried 3 different poll plugins and none of them render properly (i.e., as they do in the preview mode from the WP Dashboard; see attached file). Forminator support tells me that a hook is needed in wpForo to activate their plugin (see https://wordpress.org/support/topic/poll-answers-all-on-one-line/#post-16463931 for details).
Can you help me understand how to make this work properly?

Not related you your issue but
"/forum/community/" slug is wrong. Also you have set short urls or something? because i see "postid/20". Why not have the title as slug?
I don't see any way to "try" it without buying it first.
Plus it's not clear whether it offers features I need, such as allowing multiple selections in a poll, limiting submissions to registered users & limiting each user to one vote.
