After updating to wpForo 2.1.3 , Except the red sign-out, Profile, Account, Activity, and Private Message links are directed to the same forum page.

Anything with the update or some settings are changed or any other plug-in is interfering?

Please go to wpForo > Overview admin page and click the [Delete all caches] button. Then delete caches of your cache plugin.
