2 weeks ago I have installed hcaptcha, and everythings ware ok,
But I desinstall it one week ago.
Now the hcaptcha plugin is desinstalled, but at the main registration is still working.

It is the registration plugin concerned ?

Same problem, 3 days ago I have installed LOCO,
but I was expected something else, and I have desinstalled the plugin.
On the following picture, loco is still installed,
(on the right, down.= loco-admin)
Now the hcaptcha plugin is desinstalled, but at the main registration is still working.
