Hello,

I use shortcode [wpforo item="recent" slug="recent"] for displaying recent topics on my homepage. However it recently (after updating to wpforo 2.0.7) started appearing twice on the page. There is one wanted copy and one unwanted that's always at the bottom of the page. I don't like using the recent topics widget because it doesn't look like other parts of the forum.

Thanks for any help in advance.

@stolo93,

This is not a wpForo page. What page is this? How have you built it?

The first part is just default wordpress posts displayed through postx plugin. Then right under that starts the wpforo part.

I attached the beggining of wpforo part of page.

@stolo93,

The information says nothing. Please let me know how have you created this page. Edit the page content and show the texts, shortcodes and other things.

Oh, sorry. I've built it using elementor pro and inserted wpforo shortcodes to show forum parts where I wanted them. On this page I used the shortcode which I posted before

@robert is there anything else you need to see in order to help me?

Should I go back to version 2.0.6?

@stolo93,

Just check all elementor blocks and textareas of the page. You've inserted the code twice so you should find the second one. Also, use the shortcide in a shortcode block, if it's already in a shortcode block then try it in a text block.

Again, I don't see the screenshot of the edited page. And i don't see where and how many times you've inserted the shortcode.
