I’m having trouble with people registering from their ipad or phone.  When they click on register the box that they check to agree to receive and email is not working correctly.  How can I change this so it works correctly?

Please explain what do you mean saying " the box that they check to agree to receive and email is not working correctly"? is there any error message? What exactly doesn't work? If that's a visual issue, please lave some  screenshot.
