Hi guys, I would like to replace those icons that are HERE (screen) by the avatar of the one who posted it (the TOPIC) Thank you cordially

That's already replaced in wpForo Simplified Layout. please see that layout in doc:

You just need to change the forum layout. Please read the documentation and learn how to use wpForo layouts. This is a basic knowledge you should have in wpForo to use that.
