Report button does not work I get this error

 

Uncaught TypeError: $(...).dialog is not a function

You have JS errors from theme or from other plugins. This error affect wpForo AJAX functions. please debug and fix those. If you can't find just leave some URL, we'll check and let you know.

Thank you very much in support have fixed the problem.

I receive two messages every time there is a report but that's not important.

This is not normal, it seems you've inserted two email addresses in Forums > Settings > Emails > "Forum Admin Email Addresses" field, which are forwarded and the second email is the forwarded one.
