In this post there was a solution for repositioning the Forum Description above the sub-forums.  Is this still the best solution to do this?  If so exactly where is the JS file located, in the WP Theme or WPForo's theme?

Thank you but it was unclear exactly where is the JS file located, in the WP Theme or WPForo's theme? If its Wpforo, the Classic theme does not show JS files.
