I have a problem with title meta on page. Title doesn't appear:

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page make sure the following two options are enabled:
- Enable wpForo SEO for Meta Titles
- Enable wpForo SEO for Meta Tags
Then delete all caches and check again.

Are you using some additional SEO plugins? If yes please deactivate those plugins and check again.
I had Yoast. I deleted all tables in database.

Some activated plugin does that. Not a deleted Yoast plugin.
Disable one by one. All of them except wpForo.
If that doesn't help, switch to default theme and check and also enable standard Wordpress DEBUG to a LOG and check.
My wpForo is a shortcode put in a page.
The Title that is displayed is the title of the page.

Shortcode is how wpForo works in a page, everybody has that not only you.
I gave you somethings to try but apparently you didn't.
