Hello
I have found this bug earlier but today after update seems not fixed yet.
If i search in widget it find allot of results if i do second search nothing no result no mater if i select all forums or if select only titles.
The problem is same on your site i search wpForo gives error and no results when i search my site iphone word then no results no error,please see photo.
