We are having issues with new members being banned. It's happened twice. Once to a board advisor. We really can't have this happening with a state gov. site. I did a search on other threads with the same issue but there wasn't a direct fix. Your staff needed to log in. You are welcome to do so. I have emailed the log in info. Please help asap.
