I search the forum before posting my question.

My apology if I missed but could not find a solution.

So here is the situation - Sticky works and I can see the pinhead next to the title.

The same with close and I can see the lock.

 My issue is with locked AND sticky.

Regardless of the order of action. Lock first and then stick it or the other way around stick and lock it, the LOCK takes presidency and override. I was expecting to see both icons.
