Can a email subscribe option be added to the Recent Post page so users can easily email subscribe to all activity on the site in one go.

What about Topics RSS Feed? Isn't the same thing you want?

wpForo doesn't have forum-wide subscription option yet, so we can't add Recent Topic subscription button too. These are similar subscription types.

Sure, user has had to subscribe to every forum and even then they just get the new topics, not all posts.

Can it be added in future?

Difficult for my members because it is a closed paid membership site so the RSS is behind a paywall and I've not been able to find an RSS app that can handle login details. But yes, that would have been a great option otherwise.
