Is there any way that users of the "Registered" group, even if they subscribe to the posts, do not receive the notifications?
I do not know how to do that even if they subscribe to these users who do not have access to a part of the forum they stop receiving notifications of the posts to which they were subscribed without having to disable them manually.

You can disable the permission of subscription in the Forum Access attached to the Registered Usergroup, it's the Standard Access by default. Go to wpForo > Accesses admin page, edit the Standard Access and uncheck the "Can subscribe" permission.
