and when I want to go to the forum I have the following message:
"Your user level does not have appropriate permission to view the content"
To category i have "Standart access".
It is not possible to have on the forum a lower access to the category?
It is possible, you just need to know that the user must have access to the parent Category/Forum then to the child Forum.
So if you have set “Standard Access” to the Parent Category/Forum, make sure the "Standard Access" Gives Access to the Category/Forum(it has the Can's that allow to enter the Category/Forum).

I see all the topics in the forum, but as soon as I enter I don't have the rights.

Not forum, but topic,
"Can enter topic" option in Read-Only Access is not enabled.
I have Enabled It and tested with a new created User: testuser1 and the user entered the topic.
Now, Users with "Read-only" Access Can enter the "topics"

I didn't really understand the difference between "Can view topic" and "Can enter topic".
