Aha, it was the browser cache, as I cleared the wpForo cache and WP Rocket cache and nothing changed. Only when I hit control+refresh in the browser did the new background photo appear. Do you have any cache recommendations?

It is always recommended to press CTRL + F5 on the frontend after making changes to update the loaded files.
